Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. If your return is accepted, we will provide:
- A prepaid return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your item
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@smarturbanride.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a replacement item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalised items
- Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards may not be eligible for return unless otherwise stated.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 days after inspection
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
