Please note that universal keys are not unique to your ebike battery and may work with a variety of locks, including on other Rad ebikes. Universal keys do not offer the highest level of security compared to dedicated or unique key locks. We do not recommend leaving your battery affixed to your ebike in public unattended as it may pose a risk of battery theft.
